Welcome to Movi AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Movi AI application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Movi AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Movi AI Service.
By accessing and using Movi AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Movi AI Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Movi AI.
Movi AI reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of Movi AI following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through in-app notifications or email.
Movi AI is an AI-powered video creation platform that enables users to generate, edit, and enhance videos using advanced artificial intelligence technology. The Movi AI Service includes, but is not limited to, the following features:
Photo-to-Video Conversion: Movi AI transforms static images into dynamic, high-quality videos with smooth and realistic motion. Text-to-Video Generation: Users can describe their vision in text, and Movi AI generates corresponding video content using state-of-the-art AI models. AI Dance Effects: Movi AI animates portraits with rhythmic dance movements and trending motion effects. AI Anime Filter: Movi AI transforms portraits into anime-style characters with artistic illustrated features. Face Motion and Lip Sync: Movi AI adds expressive facial animations and natural lip synchronization to portrait photos. Beauty Enhancement: Movi AI refines lighting, skin tones, and facial details using AI-powered enhancement algorithms.
Movi AI is available through mobile applications on both iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) platforms. Movi AI may introduce new features, modify existing features, or discontinue certain features at any time without prior notice. Movi AI makes no guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Movi AI. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use Movi AI under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
By using Movi AI, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in this section. Movi AI reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its sole discretion if it determines that a user does not meet these requirements.
To access certain features of Movi AI, you may be required to create a user account. When creating an account with Movi AI, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.
You agree to notify Movi AI immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Movi AI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You may not share your Movi AI account with any other person or allow multiple people to use your account. Each user must have their own individual Movi AI account. Movi AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be shared or used by multiple individuals.
You retain all ownership rights to the original photos, images, and text prompts that you upload or input into Movi AI. By using Movi AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transform, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Movi AI Service to you.
Videos and content generated by Movi AI using your inputs are considered derivative works. For users on Movi AI's free tier, generated content may be subject to certain usage limitations, including the presence of watermarks. Users who subscribe to Movi AI Pro receive full commercial usage rights to their generated content, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights.
The Movi AI platform, including its software, algorithms, AI models, design, logos, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Movi AI and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Movi AI platform beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Movi AI Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any Movi AI software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have Movi AI's written permission.
You agree to use Movi AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. When using Movi AI, you agree not to:
Create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable. Use Movi AI to generate deepfake content that is intended to deceive, mislead, defraud, or harm any person or entity. Upload or use content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party without proper authorization. Use Movi AI to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Movi AI Service, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to Movi AI. Use Movi AI in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service. Use any automated means, including robots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access or collect data from Movi AI for any purpose without express written permission.
Movi AI reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing the offending content, suspending or terminating the violator's account, and reporting such activity to law enforcement authorities.
Movi AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free tier provides limited access to Movi AI's features and may include watermarks on generated content. Movi AI Pro and other premium subscription plans unlock additional features, higher quality outputs, and commercial usage rights.
All Movi AI subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device platform. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage your Movi AI subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your device's account settings after purchase. Refunds for Movi AI subscriptions are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable. Movi AI does not directly process payments or handle refund requests.
Movi AI reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your Movi AI subscription before the change takes effect.
Movi AI uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to generate video content. While Movi AI strives to produce high-quality and appropriate content, AI-generated results may occasionally be unexpected, inaccurate, or imperfect. Movi AI does not guarantee that all generated content will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating all content generated by Movi AI before sharing, publishing, or using it for any purpose. Movi AI shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from the use, distribution, or publication of AI-generated content by its users.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Movi AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Movi AI Service.
Movi AI's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Movi AI Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Movi AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. The Movi AI Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Movi AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of the Movi AI Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party. Movi AI reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with Movi AI's defense of such claims.
Movi AI may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination of your Movi AI account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your Movi AI account at any time by contacting our support team at info@makemovi.com or through the account settings within the Movi AI app. Upon termination, Movi AI may delete your account data and any content associated with your account, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Termination of your account does not entitle you to any refund of subscription fees already paid.
The Movi AI Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Movi AI. Movi AI has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Movi AI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Movi AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Movi AI Service at any time, including the availability of any features, databases, or content, with or without notice. Movi AI may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability. Movi AI will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Movi AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Movi AI Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Movi AI Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by Movi AI on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Movi AI concerning the use of the Movi AI Service. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Movi AI with respect to the Service.
